What is Mesotox?
Mesotox is an advanced microneedling skin treatment that blends a bespoke cocktail of skin boosting ingredients (Mesotherapy) with diluted botulinum toxin (Botox®️) which is then placed into the superficial layer of skin with tiny superficial injections.
What is WOW Fusion®️?
WOW Fusion®️ is the innovative system we use in clinic comprising skin boosting ingredients and a needling device that allows us to create, and deliver, the bespoke treatment tailored to the patient’s individual skin concerns.
The device needle head contains 20 surgical steel needles electroplated with nickel and then 24k gold. The needles are ultra fine-0.13 mm diameter.
The mesotherapy skin ingredients include Hyaluronic Acid in combination with over 47 minerals vitamins and amino acids, or combined with antioxidants, collagen stimulators and pigment inhibitors.

How many sessions will I need?
This depends on what is being treated and can range from a one-off glow up treatment to a course of treatments.
How long does it take?
The procedure takes about 30 minutes.
Does it hurt?
Most patients tolerate it very well and describe only a mild pinching sensation. The needles are ultrafine, similar to the diameter of hair.
Does it need much downtime following treatment?
Downtime is minimal. There may be some mild redness and sensitivity for 2-3 days.
Can I have it if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
No it’s not recommended.
Will it reduce my facial expression?
No- the Botox used is diluted and only injected superficially into the skin. We aren’t treating the deeper muscle and so there is no effect on muscle movement and expressions.
Can I have it with other facial aesthetic treatments?
Absolutely, it works alongside other skin boosters such as Profhilo, Polynucleotides and Dermal Fillers.
